What Your Benefit Covers

No hidden conditions, no restrictions on eligible training courses. Your member discount applies to the entire We Are COM catalog, regardless of the format or the number of participants you register. If you train several people on your team throughout the year, the discount applies to each registration.

Our training courses qualify as professional development expenses: they may be covered by your OPCO or your skills development plan. We provide you with all the documents you need to put together your application.

Courses in the catalog

These are our open-enrollment sessions, available to everyone, either in person or remotely. Whether you come alone or with a partner, you’ll meet communications professionals from other industries, and that’s often where the best conversations of the day take place.

The catalog covers the key areas of the field: editorial strategy, artificial intelligence applied to communication, internal communication, public speaking, storytelling, event communication, and the legal framework. It is updated annually based on your feedback.

Right at your office, for your team

Do you have a team that needs training on a specific topic? We can bring any training course from our catalog to your office or via video conference, with content tailored to your industry, your tools, and your constraints.

The benefit: everyone starts from the same foundation and uses the same vocabulary; the case studies we work on are your own; and the cost per participant drops significantly as soon as the group exceeds a few people. Your 15% discount also applies. 

Available formats: full day, split half-days for multi-site or international teams, or a hybrid format if part of the team is working remotely.

Custom-Made

Sometimes, none of the training programs in our catalog exactly match what you have in mind. That’s when we design a program from scratch, together with you.

It always starts with a discussion about your situation: what’s holding you back, what you want to change, and where your teams stand. We then design the program, practical exercises, and deliverables, selecting the most suitable trainer(s). The program may combine training, workshops, and long-term support, in collaboration with the We Are COM Lab if your needs go beyond simply building skills.

What Makes the Difference

Our trainers are practicing communications professionals, not consultants who discuss communications from a distance. They work on the same issues as you do, with the same budget constraints, deadlines, and internal decision-making processes. We intentionally keep our groups small so that everyone can work on their own cases. And the approach remains the same as that of the Club: you learn just as much from the trainer as you do from the other participants.
